Step 1: Heat Flora Original spread over a high heat in a large saucepan. Fry onion, celery and carrot until soft.
Step 2: Dissolve stock powder in water then add to the saucepan with pumpkin, tomato and capsicum. Bring to the boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Add bean mix and simmer for 5 minutes longer.
Step 3: Purée soup in a blender until smooth. Reheat before serving sprinkled with pepper and chives.
