Flora Plant Based Butter is made from vegetable oils with added Buttermilk (4%) and contains 25% less saturated fat that butter. It tastes & performs like butter in recipes and is convenient to use straight out of the fridge because it softens quicker.
The lightly salted variant is ideal for cakes, cookies, icing and sweet desserts or those who are following a healthier diet.
