There are 13 vitamins, which can be divided into fat and water-soluble vitamins. Water-soluble vitamins are all B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B11 & B12) and Vitamin C. The fat-soluble vitamins are A, D, E and K. Flora naturally contains Vitamin E, derived from the vegetable oils in the product. In addition, All Flora products contain Vitamin A and Vitamin D.
