How many types of Vitamins are there?
There are 13 vitamins, which can be further divided into fat and water-soluble vitamins. Water-soluble vitamins are all B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B11 & B12) and vitamin C. The fat-soluble vitamins are A, D, E and K.
