Vitamins are substances that are present in small amounts in food and drinks. Vitamins are very important for health.

What are vitamins?

Vitamins are the nutrients that are present in small amounts in food and drinks. Vitamins are very important for health. Our body cannot produce vitamins itself, except for vitamin D, therefore it is important to have food rich in Vitamins.

There are 13 vitamins, which can be divided into fat and water-soluble vitamins. Water-soluble vitamins are all B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B11 & B12) and vitamin C. The fat-soluble vitamins are A, D, E and K. Flora naturally contains vitamin E, derived from the vegetable oils in the product. In addition, All Flora products contain vitamin A and vitamin D.
