- 1 can chickpea liquid (drained and cold, whipped to stiff peaks)
- 1 cup caster sugar (1 tbsp at a time while whipping)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (while whipping)
- Flora Thickened Plant Cream
- vanilla bean paste (to liking)
- 1/3 icing mixture
- Whip all Plant Cream ingredients together and top with your favourite fruits!
