Meringue base
  • 1 can chickpea liquid (drained and cold, whipped to stiff peaks)
  • 1 cup caster sugar (1 tbsp at a time while whipping)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (while whipping)
Plant cream
  • Flora Thickened Plant Cream
  • vanilla bean paste (to liking)
  • 1/3 icing mixture
