Strawberry and Plant Cream Popsicles

4 cups strawberries, tops removed
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup Flora Thickened Plant Cream
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blender on high until mixture is smooth and has thickened slightly, 1-2 minutes.
Pour mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze for 1 hour. Add popsicle sticks and freeze until fully set, at least 4 hours.
Dip popsicle mould in hot water for 30 seconds to loosen popsicles. Carefully remove popsicles from mould, and wrap each in wax paper and place in a plastic bag for storage in the freezer.
