Ingredients
- 1 kg skin on chips
- 2 large bulbs of garlic
- 20 ml olive oil
- 15 g flaked sea salt
- 250 g FLORA Block Salted
- 100 g vegan cheese
- 30 g parsley (chopped)

Instructions
- Cut the very top off of two large bulbs of garlic, drizzle with the oil and season with salt.
- Wrap loosely in foil and roast in an oven at approx 180°C for 1hour and 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool without unwrapping.
- Melt the FLORA Block, squeeze in the slow roasted garlic and add half the chopped parsley and cheese.
- Toss the fries in the mixture.
- Top with more grated cheese and chopped parsley and flaked sea salt.
