Impress this Christmas with a stunning Glazed Ham, made dairy free with FLORA Block.

  • Cooking time1 hour
  • Preparation time10 minutes
  • difficultyDifficultymedium
  • 6 portions
  • 1/2 cup Flora Block Salted
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Whole Cloves
  • 3 pound fully cooked half ham
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees / 325 F.
  2. Stir melted FLORA Block, honey, brown sugar, maple syrup and Dijon mustard until smooth and set aside.
  3. Place the ham in a roasting pan large enough to hold it with room on the sides. Score the top surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, making the cuts about 3/4-inches apart.
  4. Push a whole clove, point side down, into the center of each diamond in the ham.
  5. Spoon half of the glaze over the ham.
  6. Roast the ham, uncovered, for 20 minutes, then spoon the rest of the glaze on top. Roast for another 20 minutes, then baste the ham with the pan drippings.
  7. Roast for another 20 minutes (for a 3-pound ham) until the ham reaches 62 degrees / 145 F and is browned on top, basting every 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice and top with one last baste of the glaze. Serve immediately and enjoy.
