  • 1 FLORA Thickened Cream, for topping
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 cup oat milk or milk of choice
  • 1-2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground clove
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp all spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey
  1. Pour milk into a small pot and heat over medium-low heat until it is hot and almost simmering, but do not boil the milk.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk all spices together to make the pumpkin spice mix.
  3. Make your espresso and pour it into a large mug or glass mason jar over ice. Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, a teaspoon of the pumpkin spice mix and stir until well combined.
  4. Whisk FLORA Thickened Cream with the vanilla extract and honey until airy and fluffy, place in a piping bag with a star shaped nozzle.
  5. Sprinkle with a little extra pumpkin spice or garnish with cinnamon sticks.
