- 1 FLORA Thickened Cream, for topping
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 cup oat milk or milk of choice
- 1-2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground clove
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp all spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey
- Pour milk into a small pot and heat over medium-low heat until it is hot and almost simmering, but do not boil the milk.
- In a small bowl, whisk all spices together to make the pumpkin spice mix.
- Make your espresso and pour it into a large mug or glass mason jar over ice. Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, a teaspoon of the pumpkin spice mix and stir until well combined.
- Whisk FLORA Thickened Cream with the vanilla extract and honey until airy and fluffy, place in a piping bag with a star shaped nozzle.
- Sprinkle with a little extra pumpkin spice or garnish with cinnamon sticks.
